offer any financial services whatsoever. We provide information and listings
for mortgage brokers, loans and financial related websites, and we advertise
the companies listed on our pages rather than the services that those said
companies provide. In short, we have set out to provide an advertising
service to loans and mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, mortgage and
loans providers, but our main aim is to provide the best Mortgage Brokers

At present we are concentrating on making
a UK mortgage broker directory, which includes both Guernsey and Jersey as
well as England, N. Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Our listings are by county
and also by the major towns in the UK. That is certainly enough for now
though we do hope to include listings for overseas mortgage brokers in
France, Spain, the US etc. as soon as time will allow. If you are a broker,
large or small it matters not, then fill in the
form here to
have your company added to the Directory. Remember that your input will help
to make us the best mortgage brokers directory, and when that happens it can
only be good for you if you have your company details listed on our pages.
Basically, our directory deals with loans
providers and mortgage brokers rather than the UK public, but we hope that
there is sufficient content in our pages to keep any surfer happy should
they be seeking the services of mortgage brokers, or if they need loans or
insurers. At the time of writing (early April 2008) times are hard for
mortgage companies and business is bad, though less so for loans lenders as
their businesses have so many varying factors and their loan products don't
revolve around bricks and mortar quite so much. Mortgage brokers nationwide
have told us that the "credit crunch" has affected them badly, the Northern
Rock crisis grumbles on and on and looks set to do so for the moment, though
as with other hot topics it will cease to be "newsworthy" after a time.
Forget the billions that are at stake, guaranteed by Joe Public - it's been
in the news too long, turn the page! The newspapers today talk of 3 million
poor householders being in a state of negative equity in the coming months.
Taking all the above into consideration,
and the fact that both loans and mortgages are probably in the two most
competitive categories of the Internet, and out of reach of most finance
companies, we believe that our mortgage brokers and loans advertising
services aimed specifically at "the trade" will be of immense benefit to
